Nothing too much trouble, the venue exceeded high expectations, couldn't recommend more it. We were there for 4 days, everything was perfect, truly enjoyed its perfect and lovely location so close to the bus station, all the bars and restaurants in San Antonio and 10 minutes walk from the famous SunSet Strip and beach clubs such as Cafe Del Mar and the airport.

Ideal base for 4 nights with reasonably good and so very polite staff from the receptionists to the bar staff and the cleaners. English breakfast, nice food. Good location near the bus station which was very convenient when needing transport to places like Amnesia, HI and bora bora and also a short walk away from the strip and clubs, and that beautiful and amazing island. Also, to all the restaurants.

The staff was so very polite - we would return here. Thanks a lot all for a really really nice stay on usual holidays. Absolutely perfect and lovely location to attractions like Egg of Columbus, that was so close to the hotel. We stayed in a twin room with sofa bed for third person. The room had a hair dryer and a dressing table.

The hotel was reasonably clean based in a Spanish style building with excellent and attentive staff. Liked recently refurbished room with balcony, felt like we were home. The location of the property was perfect and lovely, to the nightclubs.
Shuttle to the airport was missed, we were a little disappointed.
